    ❗️ Do not melt if your buttercream consistency looks good, the microwave step is only for curdled buttercream, mine wasn’t and I still followed that step and it became runny :(

    Hi Liz! Thank you for all your incredible recipes! I just wanted to give you a heads up that the website recipe conversions (us to metric) are not working properly/converting correctly for the cakes. Some quantities for the flour and eggs are off or show as the same grams for different ounces across recipes. The function that tells us what quantities to make for different tin sizes isn’t working either. Just wanted to let you know cause lots of us are going to your website to get the recipes and to bake. Thank you @sugargeekshow

    I have tried so many things to fix mine. More cream, more chocolate, some water, stick blender. Nothing works.

    My family and I don’t like fondant, due to the taste, texture but I used it on Birthday cake. I believe we are going to like your brand and the taste will be even better. I just started doing cakes at home it was something I wanted to do for years was to frost a cake. Your brand I feel will be good for me to get it thinner than any other brand.

    Scandinavians make marzipan from peeled and grounded almonds, egg whites (no nasty bacteria here), flour sugar and a little tragachant (optional). Some like to add one drop of bitter almond extract. If the almond dough is heated and cooled it can be used for kransekake (wreath cake). The process makes it crispy on the outside and a little chewy on the inside.

    I love your video because you don’t get into the science behind it. So many UA-camrs want to explain all the scientific stuff. I don’t want to learn about the science behind it. That’s what makes your video the best!. You just talk about making bread without the geeky stuff. 😂 will you please make some baguettes?
